Apex Critical Metals Corp. Announces Private Placement of Units to Raise Gross Proceeds of up to $2,520,000
Apex Critical Metals Corp. (CSE:APXC)\(OTCQB:APXCF)(FWB:KL9) ("Apex" or the "Company"), an exploration company focused on developing high potential resource sector projects, is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 4,200,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.60 per Unit, for aggregate proceeds of up to $2,520,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (each, a "Share") and one common share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Share at a price of $0.75 per Share for a period of two (2) years from closing of the Offering (the "Closing"). The proceeds of the Offering will be used for property exploration and general working capital.
All securities issued with respect to the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day in accordance with applicable securities laws.
